TENSE TK30S - Current Transformer
Product Description
The TENSE TK30S (100/5 ) current transformer is designed to convert high current from the power part of an electrical circuit into a standardized secondary current suitable for measuring, monitoring, and protecting equipment.
It is used for indirect measurement of alternating current in low-voltage installations and serves as an interface between the power circuit and measuring equipment such as ammeters, power meters, monitoring modules, or protective relays.
The pass-through design allows installation without breaking the conductor: the cable simply slides through the window. This ensures quick, safe, and economical installation.

Design and Materials
The current transformer housing is made of heat-resistant, self-extinguishing plastic with high mechanical strength.
The transformer core is made of a low-loss ferromagnetic alloy, ensuring stable and accurate transmission even with varying loads.
The secondary winding terminals are equipped with a protective cover to increase connection safety.
Proper installation minimizes the risk of short circuits or breakdowns.
