  3. Time limit for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be handled no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by non-business days and public holidays observed in the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items ordered together, or the delivery of products in multiple partial shipments or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at info@pelek.eu or by telephone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you may use the sample withdrawal form attached, although this is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. The return label is generally available in the user account on pelek.es. If we have not provided a label for returning the goods, use this address to send the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov.   4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the withdrawal period for the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding shipping (i.e., from EUR 40.01), we will cover the direct return transport costs. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the depreciation of the goods, and establish their corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the email address provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
