- Timeframe for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed within two business days (48 hours, this period may be extended due to non-working days and public holidays common in the Czech Republic).
Right of withdrawal from the purchase contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment or the last piece in the case of a contract for the purchase of multiple pieces of goods from a single order, or the delivery of products in multiple partial shipments or pieces).
- Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us via your user account. Alternatively, please contact us at shop@pelek.eu or at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
- Return shipping address. The return label is usually available in your user account at pelek.eu. Alternatively, please contact us via email at shop@pelek.eu or phone at +420774242766 to ensure your right to return the goods and agree on an individual procedure.
- Timely withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal deadline for the purchase contract, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase contract expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract
- What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your having chosen a different type of delivery than the one we offer as the most favorable standard).
- Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
- Obligation to return the goods. You must return the goods to us or deliver them without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this deadline expires.
- Costs of returning goods. The direct costs of returning goods are the customer's responsibility. If the value of the returned product exceeds CZK 990 excluding shipping (i.e., from CZK 990.01), we will cover the direct costs of return shipping. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail are your responsibility.
- Reduction in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned or returned goods, which has occurred as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you request to be reimbursed. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage and the devaluation of the goods and determine their corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the email address provided.
- Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
