FKV-03N Phase Control Relay - TENSE

Product Description:
The FKV-03N is a three-phase control relay designed to protect electric motors from phase loss, phase failure, and excessive asymmetry. The relay has no neutral conductor control, and asymmetry is fixed at 40%.

The relay is ideal for industrial applications where fast and reliable protection of motors is required against damage caused by incorrect connections or voltage fluctuations.

Operating Algorithm

1. Normal Operation:

   • All three phases are present.

   • Phase sequence is correct.

   • Voltage asymmetry is within a tolerance range of ≤ 40%.

   • The relay is in operating condition - contacts 2-3 are closed, PWR and RLY indicators are on.

2. Faulty State:

   • If the voltage of any phase exceeds the permissible limits or the phase sequence is incorrect:

     • Contacts 2-3 disconnect,

     • Contacts 1-2 connect,

     • The RLY indicator turns off.

3. Return to Normal:

   • When the correct voltage and phase sequence are restored, the relay automatically returns to the operating state.
