DJ-A96T - Three-phase digital panel ammeter

The DJ-A96T three-phase digital ammeter is designed for accurate current monitoring in three-phase systems. It can display the instantaneous load on each phase L1, L2, L3 using external current transformers (CTs). The device offers a clear display, simple setup and reliable operation.

Key Features

  • Current measurement in three-phase systems

  • Separate reading for phases L1, L2, L3

  • Measurement with external current transformers

  • Easy adjustment of the CT ratio

  • Large, readable display - 3×4 digits, 14 mm height

  • Compact panel design

Technical parameters of the ammeter

  • Supply voltage: 230 V AC

  • Appliance consumption: < 4 VA

  • Current measurement range: 0.1...5.5 A

  • Supported CT range: 5/5 A to 5000/5 A

  • Measurement accuracy: ±2

  • Display: LED, 3×4 digits, 14 mm height

  • Dimensions: 97.2 × 97.2 mm

  • Cut-out dimension: 91 × 91 mm

  • Depth: 45 mm

  • The package does not include current transformers (they can be purchased separately)

Operating Principle and Adjustments

  1. Connect the device according to the wiring diagram.

  2. Connect the current transformers according to the intended current in the system (xxxx/5 A conversion).

  3. Connect the CT wires to the "kx" and "lx" terminals. The CT output must not exceed 5 A.

  4. After connecting the power supply, press and hold the "Menu" button for 2 seconds.

  5. Use the Up/Down buttons to set the conversion of the CTs used.

  6. Save the settings by long-pressing the "Menu" button.

  7. When the load is connected, the ammeter starts measuring and displaying the current.

Note: Current transformers must always be grounded for safety reasons.

Technical specifications of the solid state output relay

(In this instance, the listed parameters correspond to the solid-state relay; if you wish to separate them, I can divide them.)

  • Relay type: solid state

  • Control voltage (input): 3...32 V DC

  • Switching voltage: 24...480 V AC (not suitable for motors)

  • Switching voltage drop: < 3 V

  • Trigger current: 5 mA

  • Coil voltage: 3...32 V DC

  • Maximum switching current: 25 A

  • Insulation resistance: 2500 V AC

  • Switching method: connection when current passes through zero crossing
