DHM-DIN Operating Time Counter - DIN Rail Mounting

Product Description

The DHM-DIN operating time counter is designed to measure the operating time of equipment powered by the 230VAC mains. It is suitable for machines, pumps, fans, compressors, production lines, and generally all appliances that need to record accumulated operating time.

When 230VAC voltage is applied, the device automatically starts counting time. Values are displayed on two screens and stored in memory, even in case of power failure.

• Reset: RESET button (for DHM-DIN press with a non-conductive tool through the RESET hole)

Application and Operating Principle

1. Connection according to the diagram - after applying the supply voltage, the counter automatically starts counting time from zero.

2. Display mode on power-up:

   • Upper display: HHH - three digits of the clock

   • Lower display: MM S - two digits for minutes + one digit for seconds

     • seconds increase by 1 every 6 seconds

3. Once 999 hours are exceeded:

   • The meaning of the displays changes:

     • Lower display → clock

     • right digit of the lower display → minutes (increases by 1 every 6 minutes)

4. Power Failure Memory:

   • When power is disconnected, the device retains the last measured value.

   • When reconnected, it continues counting from the stored value

Resetting the Counter

• DHM-48: press the RESET button for 5 s

• DHM-DIN: press the hidden RESET button with a non-conductive tool (e.g., an insulated screwdriver)

• After reset, all digits are set to 000000
